Overview

Quartz powder is high-purity SiO₂ milled to fine particle sizes for industrial use. As a silica source in ceramic bodies, it controls shrinkage, fired strength, and thermal expansion. In glaze compositions, it contributes silica to the glass network. Its controlled PSD and high SiO₂ content make it preferred over raw silica sand in precision ceramic and coating applications.
