Ferro Manganese
FeMn
Ferro manganese supplied for steelmaking deoxidation, alloying, and sulphur control in carbon and alloy steel production.
Overview
Ferro manganese is a ferroalloy containing manganese and iron, produced in high-carbon (HC), medium-carbon (MC), and low-carbon (LC) grades. It is the primary manganese alloying addition in steelmaking, providing deoxidation, desulphurisation, and alloy composition control. Manganese improves tensile strength, hardenability, and wear resistance.
